Sex Out Loud is now accepting programs for the school year! It is important to start out with the safer sex program before requesting other programs. Programs will be assigned on Tuesdays at our staff meetings. Safer Sex Program
The goal of the Safer Sex Program is for individuals to assess the safety of their own sexually-active behavior, be it mouth-to-mouth kissing, oral sex, masturbation, or penetrative intercourse and learn how to better protect her/himself and others against STIs and pregnancy. Topics discussed will include:
  • Realizing risky sexual behavior
  • Sexually transmitted infections (STIs)
  • Ways to make sex safer
  • Various forms of barrier methods
Relationship Program
This awesome new program focuses on all sorts of relationship issues using experiences and preferences from the group to shape a discussion about how to start relationships, what makes relationships work, and what destroys them. People's answers might surprise you!!
  • Is cheating a deal breaker?
  • Does religion matter?
  • Is sexual compatibility important?
  • What exactly is an open relationship?
Fun new activities make this our most interactive program!
Pleasure Program
The Pleasure Program of yester-year has been lengthened and divided into two separate programs for double the fun! Pleasure is the first program of a possible two that can be scheduled. Topics that will be discussed include:
  • Sexual anatomy
  • Communication
  • Sex toys
  • Pleasing yourself and your partner(s)
Advanced Pleasure Program
Also known as Pleasure II, this is the second of the Pleasure Program installments. In this program we go into further depth about:
  • BDSM - including sensation play
  • More sex toys
  • Anal sex
  • Discussions and information about being a critical consumer of porn
Birth Control 101
This brand new program offers groups a chance to learn about the variety of birth control methods from the pill to the IUD to sterilization to natural family planning methods. Information is presented in a fun and interactive manner. Topics addressed include:
  • How birth control methods work
  • The effectiveness of different contraceptive methods
  • Common advantages, disadvantages, and side effects of different birth control methods
  • Hormones and the female menstrual cycle
HIV/AIDS Bootcamp
Our new HIV/AIDS focused program discusses the basics of both HIV and AIDS. Medical, economic, and social issues surrounding HIV and AIDS well be addressed. Topics include:
  • The transmission and spread of HIV
  • The difference between HIV and AIDS
  • HIV/AIDS Treatment
  • The impact of HIV and AIDS both nationally and internationally
Kink Program
This program provides an introduction and basic overview of kink in a fun and safe space. Learn what kink is and how to incorporate kink into your sex life safely. Topics addressed include:
  • A discussion of what kink and BDSM mean
  • Consent, Communication and Safety
  • Negotiating
  • Bondage
  • Impact Play
